We had two bathroom renovations done with Senso Design, one was 3 piece bathroom badly in need as we had leaks from years of wear and tear and the other for Master bedroom which we wanted to renew. After a call to the office, Roman arranged a meeting to discuss in detail what Senso Design could do as well as providing an estimate. I decided to go with Senso after talking to Roman as he ensured that I understood their approach and their design approach. The estimate was reasonable though it did go over significantly as I asked to add some upgrades later on such as for floor heating, wall mounted toilet and custom vanity but we were fully satisfied of the extra expenditures as we felt they were well worth the expense. Roman was my go-to-guy as he was there from the beginning to the very end, made sure that my requests were fulfilled even at the very end as well as arranged to have cleaners come in after the main work was completed. The whole process went pretty smoothly as electrician, plumbers and other workmen came in every day to complete the project.
